Delivery and returns

Delivery

• We deliver anywhere in North Macedonia in 1–3 working days after we confirm the order by phone.
• Delivery costs 130 MKD per order.
• Products marked “on order” arrive in our store in 2–5 working days; we tell you the exact date when we call.
• You can also pick your order up in our store at Елпида Караманди бр.2, Струга at no cost.

Payment

• Cash on delivery: pay the courier when the parcel arrives.
• Bank transfer: we send a pro-forma invoice and ship when the payment arrives.
• In store: pay by cash or card when you pick the order up.

Returns

You can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, as provided by the Law on Consumer Protection. Return the product unused, complete and in its original packaging, and call or write to us first so we can arrange it. We refund the price of the product within 14 days of receiving it back.

Warranty

Products come with the warranty stated by the manufacturer. Bring a faulty product with its warranty card and receipt to our store and our workshop will handle the claim.
